Transactions through e-Autobase are highly secure. All the transactions are made using an (6-8 characters) access code assigned by the Web-dealer by using his admin console. The customer information stays with the Web-Dealer and no other information is required while making transactions…not even the credit card number. Rest of the information, such as credit card number, billing address etc, is stored at the Web dealer's end and can be decoded using the access code. This ensures that critical information such as the credit card number is not vulnerable to hacking etc.
Using e-Autobase, you do not need to go through products to locate specific items. The power search feature can find the system products with your customer's requirements. With e-Autobase, you can track order status and view detailed reports with ease and minimal effort. You can generate reports about aspects such as sales summaries for particular period or products, customer transaction history, status of orders etc. The reports also depict the picture in graphical format, so that you could know your business better and control it in a better way.
If you do not feel comfortable to advertise your pricing, you can keep your customers from viewing your prices schedules. In this case, the customers will be required to log in before they could view your price schedules.
